Am I a strong person or a weak person? We all ask ourselves this question sometimes. To become stronger, you can start by getting up on time. Just tell yourself, “Come on, Joe, you can get up now.” And you will find that forgetting the snooze button is easy. Thinking strong will actually make you strong, and you will be tougher and braver to handle all the barriers on the road.
